ARTICLE XIII

AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS

These By-Laws may be altered, amended or repealed by two-thirds vote of the membership present at any annual meeting or at a special meeting, on motion of any member in good standing, providing at least fourteen (14) days written notice is filed with the Secretary stating in detail such intention to alter, amend, repeal or adopt new By-Laws at such meeting.

ARTICLE XIV

COMPLAINTS

Sec. 1.) Members having cause for complaints against or dispute with an officer(s) or member(s) of this Association, may file a bill of complaint, in writing, through the Secretary, setting forth such grievances together with a copy of same. The Board at its discretion requires security for cost to be filed by the complainant.

Sec. 2.) Upon the filing of such complaint the Secretary shall cause the copy of the complaint together with the notice to answer, to be mailed by registered letter to, or otherwise serviced upon the party complained against, and said notice shall require the filing of an answer within thirty (30) days from the date thereof.

Sec. 3.) Appearance shall be entered and cause shall proceed according to the rules as laid down in the Penal Code or the By-Laws.

ARTICLE XV

PROTOCOL

Robert's Rules of Order shall be the authority and shall govern this church in all matters not provided fo by its By-Laws.
