ARTICLE II

OFFICIALS
 

Sec. 1.) The officers of this Corporation shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Only members in good standing of the Association shall be eligible for election to such offices. To be eligible for election, a member must be a member in good standing for one year to run for the office of President or Vice President and a member in good standing for six months to run for any of the other offices. Upon election these officers shall automatically become members of the Board of Directors.   Sec. 2.) At the first annual meeting, the President and Treasurer shall be elected for a two-year term, and the Vice President and Secretary shall be elected for a one- year term. Thereafter, each officer shall be elected for a two-year term. The Pastor shall be voted in by the membership, after recommendation and ratification by the Board of Directors, for a one-year term.   Sec. 3.) Four Directors (exclusive of the Officers, Pastor(s), and Assistant Pastor(s) shall be elected. At the first annual meeting of the members in good standing, two Directors shall be elected for one-year terms and two shall be elected for two-year terms. At each annual meeting thereafter the election of Directors shall be for two-year terms. Each Director shall hold office until the annual meeting of members occurring at the expiration of his/her term and until his/her successor shall have been elected and qualified.   Sec. 4.) The Pastor(s) of the Church of Spiritual Awakening Inc. shall also serve as members of the Board of Directors with full privileges.   Sec. 5.) The Assistant Pastor(s) of the Church of Spiritual Awakening Inc., (to be appointed by the Pastor(s) may attend all Board meetings, but without voting privileges, unless they are an elected Director.
