Sec. 9.) A majority of the full number of the Board members must concur in every act of the Board before any vote may be enacted.

Sec. 10.) The Board of Directors, by affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of the Board, may suspend or expel a member for cause. Any member may resign by filing a writen resignation with the Secretary.

ARTICLE IV

TRUSTEES

Sec.1.) The Board will consist of Four (4) Trustees, Three (3) of whom shall be elected by the Board of Directors at the Annual Membership Meeting held in January each year, and serve for a one (1) year term with options for re-election. One (1) of the Board of Trustees shall be a member of the Board of Directors who will also serve the Board of Directors as Superintendant for the Department of Endowments and act as Chairperson for the Board of Trustees.

Sec.2.) The sole purpose of the Board of Trustees is to undertake and be responsible for raising funds for the purchasing of a building suitable to hold Church services and functions.

Sec.3.) The Board of Trustees will report to the Board of Directors a minimum of Four (4) times a year or at the request of the Board of Directors.

Sec.4.) The Board of Trustees will act independently from that of the Board of Directors and will be subordinate to the Board of Directors with no authority over the spending of any Church funds.

Sec.5.) Any Monies received by the Board of Trustees will be given to the Treasurer of the Board of Directors and deposited in the Church/Association Building Fund Account which will remain in the control of the Board of Directors.
