ARTICLE V MEMBERSHIP Sec. 1.) All interested persons of good moral character may become members upon payment of dues and signing of the application for membership form, and approval of the application for membership by the Board of Directors and the Pastor(s). Sec. 2.) Voting members of the Association must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Sec. 3.) Each voting member shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members. There shall be NO proxy voting. Sec. 4.) The minimum requirement of a member in "Good Standing" is that the annual dues are paid before the day of the annual meeting. In the event the member is a Certified Worker; to remain in "Good Standing" he or she must attend and serve our church a minimum of once a year. ARTICLE VI MEETING OF MEMBERS Sec. 1.) The annual meeting of the members in good standing shall be held in January of each year, at such time and place as the Board of Directors may select, for the purpose of electing Officers and Directors and for the transaction of such business as may come before the meeting.
