Sec. 2.) A semi-annual meeting of the members in good standing shall be held in August of each year, at such time and in such place as the Board of Directors may select, to transact any other business as necessary. Sec. 3.) Special meetings of the members may be called (1) by the President, (2) shall be called upon the written request of the Board of Directors or (3) shall be called upon the written request of ten (10) or more members in good standing. Sec. 4.) Written notice stating the place, day and hour of any meeting of members shall be sent to the members not les than ten (10) nor more than twenty (20) days before the date of such meeting, by or at the direction of the President, or the Secretary, or persons calling the meeting. The purpose or purposes for which the meeting is called shall be stated in the notice. Sec. 5.) Seven (7) members in good standing shall constitute a quorum. ARTICLE VII DUES Annual dues shall be set by the Board of Directors. ARTICLE VIII COMMITTEES Sec. 1.) At least sixty (60) days prior to the annual meeting of the members, the Board of Directors shall appoint three members in goog standing of the Association to serve as a Nominating Committee, designating one person as the Chairman of the committee.
