N.B. There is just one 'Check-Off List' which has been adapted for all.

Greeters
        Before services:

        Please arrive early (20 to 30 minutes before servies/event) Set A/C to lower setting.
Check the restrooms & lobby area for cleanliness & tidiness. Fix what needs to be straightened up.
If necessary empty trash bins (when full) and replace with new plastic bags in lobby, kitchen & restrooms.
Ask Coordinator if there are any bulletins or programs to be handed out.
Make sure main entrance door is unlocked.
        As People Enter try to keep the foyer quiet especially during the meditation portion of the service.

        Point out the location of the restrooms to any new visitors and introduce them to everyone.
        After service:
        Direct members of the congregation to the fellowship area for refreshments and socializing.
Before leaving check general tidiness of the church, lobby, & restrooms, Empty trash,
 take to dumpster.
Kitchen Duty

         Before service:
Make Coffee. Check there is enough Creamer, Sugar, and Cups etc. Put Water out from fridge.
Make sure kitchen area is clean and tidy and that everything is set up for fellowship.
         Set: Table cloths (when necessary) Plates Knifes Spoons Forks Napkins Cups
                  Food 'Covered only' (place certain foods in fridge to keep fresh!)
         For Fellowship :
      Just before the service is about to end quitely leave the santuary and put all the food out on the table and          help serve people.
(Suggestion: Sit at rear of Church when you're scheduled on Kitchen Duty).
         Before leaving: Empty trash Dispose of remaing food (fridge, trash, or give away).
Clean all work serfaces Collaps & put table away Vacum if nescessary (not during messages).
Restock all silverware and put away Make a list (on the notice board) of things we need.
Platform Chairperson for the 10:00 am Healing Service

         Before service:
Switch microphones on at amplifier and test volume (leave hand sets off until service starts).
Select and set music volume for meditation. Set chairs for Healers. Light candles.
Make sure Hymnals are neatly placed on chairs.
Make sure you have Order of Service and Healing List ready.
Start service promptly at 10:00 am.

         After service:
Switch Microphone off Make sure Healers chairs are put back. Put Healing List on Table in Lobby
Platform Chairperson for the 11:00am Service

         Before service:
Make sure microphones are working (leave hand sets off until service starts). Are Candles lit?
Check on Guest/Lecturer and see they are looked after. Place water/hymnal on sidetable for lecturer.
Check over Order of Service Announcements Make sure you have lecturer's Bio
for introduction.
         After service:
Make sure hymnals are put away. Chairs are straight. Church is tidy.
         Before Leaving:
Microphones & Amplifiers are 'all' turned off. Computer Off. Reset A/C to 80°. Lights Off.
