arrive early (20 to 30 minutes before services/events) Before
the services: •
Check the restrooms
& lobby area for cleanliness & tidiness
• Check restrooms
have adiquate: Paper Towels, Hand Soap, and Toilet
Tissue • If necessary empty trash bins (when full) and replace with new plastic
bags in lobby, kitchen & restrooms • Ask Coordinator if there are any bulletins or programs to be handed
out • Make sure main entrance door is unlocked and that the Sign is outside
As People Enter try to keep the lobby quiet
especially during the
meditation portion of the service Point
out the location of the restrooms etc; to any new visitors and
introduce them to everyone
During
Fellowship: Sit
at the rear of sanctuary so you can assist latecomers After
the service: •
Direct
members of the congregation to the fellowship area for refreshments
and socializing. • Before leaving check general tidiness of the church, lobby, & restrooms
(restock if nescessary) • Empty trash
bags from bathrooms and take to dumpster •Ask
Coordinator if church needs to be set up for Tuesday Circle (how
many chairs etc) or another event
