KITCHEN DUTY
CHECK-OFF LIST

Arrive 15 minutes before 11:00am service starts

         Before Service:
Make Coffee if it hasn't been started. (Make fresh as necessary)

Check there is enough Creamer, Sugar, and Cups put out

Check Water is put out from fridge (12 bottles minimum)

Please make sure kitchen area is clean and tidy and that                     everything is set up for fellowship before the service

•   Set out:   Plates    Bowles    Knifes     Spoons   Forks
  Napkins    Cups      Table cloths (when necessary)

Put Food out 'Covered only' (place certain foods in fridge to keep         fresh and place out just before fellowship!)
Hot Food which needs to be microwaved can be placed ready to heat     in the microwave and heated up just before the service ends and           ready for fellowship

          During Fellowship:Sit at the rear of sanctuary                     so you can exit easily after service
    Just before the service is about to end quitely leave the santuary

    and put all the food out in the serving area and help serve people


         After Fellowship:

Dispose of remaing food. Either fridge it, trash it, or give it        away. (If it will keep until next event, please fridge it)

Clean all work serfaces and recover lobby area

Restock all silverware, napkins and plates etc

Clean and clear fridge

Restock fridge with water

Empty and replace full trash bags & remove to dumpster

Vacum if nescessary after everyone has gone or finished eating

Make a list (on the sheet provided) of things we need to restock,       and give to coordinator
